Circumcision is best: As it is a permanent cure. Alternatives are prescription strength steroid cream like beamethasone or kenalog, (triamcinolone) applied twice daily to the stretched tight phimotic area twice daily for 2 - 3 months. By no means always successful/ or prepucioplsty/dorsal slit/swedish procedure whereby tight foreskin on top of penis is cut vertically & sutured transversely. This both loosens & preserves foreskin.
