Yes: Chlamydia is a reportable disease to the center for disease control & state health dept. Any sexual partner should be identified & treated for chlamydia to prevent further infections. Planned parenthood and any health department clinic will do this & charge based on income. Most primary care drs & gynecologists will do this as well.
