NSAIDs, ice, massage: Start with a scheduled dose NSAID such as Motrin 800mg every 8 hours or naprosyn (naproxen) 500mg twice dailiy as long as you dont have any kidney issues or history of stomach ulcers. Would also consider icing the area and then potentially a sports massage as well.
