To get help, call local counseling services and make an appointment for an "intake." they will decide which therapist and type of counseling is best for your issues. If you are interested in studying counseling, call local universities and find out about their programs and requirements. Good luck!

Symptoms: Describe the symptoms you are experiencing to your doctor. Ask him or her for a referral to a reputable psychologist. If the symptoms are severe, also ask your doctor for referral for a reputable psychiatrist who can do a complete evaluation, with possible suggestions for medication.
