Depends: When you developed shingles, your body conquered it by developing immunity to the zoster virus (chickenpox). As long as that immunity is high, you will not catch it from someone else. If your immunity drops due to a long time from your experience or if you develop some immuno supressive problem such as cancer therapy or some immunity supressing disease, you could get it again.
