Why do i get shortness of breath everytime i sprint, exercise or run up the stairs?

Oxygen consumption: The higher the demand the higher the need. More effort needs more oxygen & energy then there is a need for air & shortness of breath sensation. The more you do and endurance (resistance) increases less effort & less sensation.

Exercise: Exercise increase our oxygen demand. With more exercise, the symptom decreases as we become more fit.
