THINK WHY: Why suppress it? Unless it would hurt others if you laughed. Unless you have reason to think you're caloused, heartless, etc laughter ought to be good for you. If it comes from embarrassment you might want to examine it. Ifyou use it to distance yourself from others it isn't doing you good. Might consider talking with someone to get a clearer view of this.
