Laughter and positivity: "Laughter is the best medicine!" Laughing is a positive emotion and therefore induces "good" chemicals. Positivity helps the body heal faster, it helps rev up the immune system, and it burns off negative chemicals. It is certainly something the doctor would advise you to do!

Happy lies within : Happiness is an experience in response to some thing around you. When someone or something makes you laugh that feeling is happiness. People who can find humor in difficult situations tend to fair better from wellness standpoint than those who cannot. Remember, happiness is a feeling within, and laughter is but a small part of being happy.
