Sleep: Please do not force yourself to sleep early if you cant. The brain builds up Adenosine as part of the homeostatic drive, avoid caffeine, heavy exercise prior to bed time, hot shower immediately prior to bed time follow basic rules of sleep hygiene etc your brain homeostatic and circadian rhythms will guide you to sleep.
