I feel for you: I wish there was a pill but there isn't. There's no easy solution. Consider weight watchers. Take a look at www.Caloriecount.Com. Open a free account and follow their advice. Diet and exercise is the only way. Set a realistic goal. 10% weight loss is a lot. Try to manage that and then reassess your goals. Good luck, my friend!
