Difficult problem: The anatomy of cellulite is still being understood and ways to address it. It is a combination of localized fat, skin laxity, skin attachments to the underlying muscle, localized edema and more. Procedures to address these components have been developed and may produce improvements but cannot remove or cure it. This includes technologies such as endermologie or cellulaze or venus freeze and more.

Evil: Cellulite is the fibrous attachments from the under surface of the skin to the underlaying fascia. It causes a dimpling of the skin. It is very common and almost exclusively seen in women. As a woman gains weight it can be exaggerated. Cellulaze is the fda treatment and offers very good results with over 5 years of clinical follow up. See a plastic surgeon in your area for this treatment.
