Plastic surgery: Cellulite is a difficult problem to correct and has many ineffective gimmicks being advertised. There are some surgical and non-surgical techniques available. I recommend visiting a board certified plastic surgeon. Visit plasticsurgery.Org and use the find a surgeon tab.

Difficult problem: The anatomy of cellulite is still being understood and ways to address it. It is a combination of localized fat, skin laxity, skin attachments to the underlying muscle, localized edema and more. Procedures to address these components have been developed and may produce improvements but cannot remove or cure it. This includes technologies such as endermologie or cellulaze or venus freeze and more.

Cellulite: If you have reached a healthy body weight by diet and exercise and cellulite is a problem there are promising treatments using lasers, negative pressure and radiofrequency. See a plastic surgeon certified by the american board of plastic surgery to learn about options.
