Plastic surgery: Cellulite and stretch marks are difficult problems to correct and have many ineffective gimmicks being advertised. There are some surgical and non-surgical techniques available. I recommend visiting a board certified plastic surgeon. Visit plasticsurgery.Org and use the find a surgeon tab.

No consistent way : Cellulite and stretch marks are two of the most difficult and vexing cosmetic surgery conditions to treat. Endermologie has been used to temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite. Cellulaze may also be if some benefit but can be quite costly and take a year to see improvements of only 30%.

No home remedy: Cellulite is an annoying problem to millions of women. It is caused by an uneven superficial fat layer as well as tiny ligaments that hold the skin down. The only effective treatment is called cellulaze by cynosure. It is a one time minimally invasive procedure that permanently removes cellulite. I have been by pleased with its results. To find a provider in your area go to www.Cynosure.Com.

Hard to do at home: Stretchmarks and cellulite are typically very difficult to treat. The best treatment for stretch marks is to cut them out (tummy tuck). Good skin quality can help (vitamins, hydration, firming creams), micro needling can be done at home as well (tho I don't recommend). Best treatment for cellulite is Cellulaze (http://www.omahacosmeticsurgery.com/cellulite-treatement/cellulaze/)
