Try this: Check on line for both deep breathing exercises & for progressive muscle relaxation. If your body & mind are more relaxed, you should be able to fall asleep better. Use good sleep hygiene in general: 1. Keep a regular bedtime & wakening time (to include weekends). Get up the same time each day, regardless of what time you fell asleep. 2. Make a regular, relaxing bedtime routine. Relaxing rituals.
