OCD: Ocd is an anxiety disorder characterized by obsessive thoughts that reoccur & consume daily functioning, along with compulsive rituals which are repeated acts that also interfere with daily functioning.

It could be OCD: Ocd has both obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors -- and cleaning & washing are very common examples of this. Others include counting and checking.
