No: Why do you ask? Since the gluten-free diet is hugely effective in managing celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis, folks have gotten the idea that it should be good for everyone. So far, evidence of this is "anecdotal" and it looks to me like a placebo. If you make this attempt, it will be much harder for you to be a good guest and folks will consider you a faddist. Be discerning.
