See an allergist: Many indoor and outdoor allergens can cause nasal congestion or allergic rhinitis symptoms. First, you would need to see an allergist to see if it is the case and if your nasal congestion is due to mold allergy. Then we could recommend you appropriate treatment. Dry air will decrease mold growth, thus improves mold allergy symptoms.
