Sure: Anything good oral hygiene habits will help, but they may not solve your problem. At your age, you may have periodontal disease or you may be grinding your teeth. Flossing will not treat those problems. See a local dentist for a consultation.

Dental Visit: It is recommended to floss once a day and brush twice. If you have not been to the dentist in a while or even if you have, it is not a bad idea to get a visit soon so the area of concern can be looked at.
