See a dentist: Your dentist will examine the tooth and with radiographs, determine if a new crown is needed, in addition to any other treatment.

Your options:: 1. Call your dentist to find out what is causing the pain, what the black lining is and what treatment, if any is needed or : 2. Ask these questions online from dentists who can't see what you are talking about, nor x-rays of that tooth. 3. Do nothing and hope for the best. My recommendation would be option #1.
