A little high: The fifth hypertension detection and follow up guidelines list normal BP as <135/<85. Your diastolic BP is fantastic but your systolic pressure, if recorded accurately on several occasions, at rest, with your arm at heart level, with an appropriately sized cuff, on average...Is a little high.
