A member asked:

What can i do if my blood pressure is 140-145/60. is it normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

A little high: The fifth hypertension detection and follow up guidelines list normal BP as <135/<85. Your diastolic BP is fantastic but your systolic pressure, if recorded accurately on several occasions, at rest, with your arm at heart level, with an appropriately sized cuff, on average...Is a little high.
