It is Possible, But.: The upper number is possible. The range would be from 90-130. The lower number looks a little bit low where 65-85 would be considered normal. The most prudent thing to do is to measure it again in a relaxed setting, several times. A wide pulse pressure (Upper number-Lower number) can imply some pathology. If he otherwise feels well, and has no other health problems, it SHOULD be re-measured.
