Results vs flavor: The better 'tasting' a protein shake, the more likelihood that it contains more carbohydrates or sugars, which make them taste good. The problem is, if you're trying to lose weight, you need to reduce the amount of carbohydrate intake to a reasonable level. If you don't your body will use the sugar and fat built up in the body and your 'drink' to fuel itself. This could make you weigh more.
