Not likely: People with adhd are under aroused, meaning their brains are not working in the alert manner they should. Stimulants increase their arousal level and improve their symptoms. Cannabis would tend to decrease your arousal level, therefore make focus and concentration worse. If your inattention problems are due to anxiety, cannabis may help.
