Yes it can be.: Either alone may be harmful - combined - more of a risk. Possible effects of marijuana: anxiety, depression, fear, panic , delusions, paranoia, hallucinations, losing touch with reality, inattentiveness, short-term memory problems, disturbances of thought processes. Fatigue, poor concentration, slowed reaction times & slowed problem solving. Some people develop a dry mouth, have a rapid heart rate.

Alcohol + X = Harm: Used alone, the mj is the least harmful. In terms of the drugs that may give you problems at raves. Alcohol is number one, followed closely by mdma (i.e. Molly, x or ecstasy). A little mj will help a person get off on the mdma better, but alcohol diminishes the mdma high. On the other hand, for people who like the alcohol, the x will let you drink like a fish. Mj won't kill you. Booze & x can.
