In the throat it's: Difficult to get to them for treatment. Lasers work fairly well to help. Ask your dentist about medications that might include steroid rinses. Avoid toothpastes w sodium lauryl sulfate and acidic foods. Eat healthy, sleep, get your immune system happy. Topical medication can work if you can get to the ulcers to apply. See your dentist!

Throat?: Canker sores can occur on your soft palate, but I have never seen them occur in someone's throat. It may not be canker sores and is best seen by a physician for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment if necessary.
