TTC: Thanks for your question. Yes, signs of pregnancy can include a discharge, but a thick white discharge can be caused by many conditions. Time to see doc: There are many causes for white thick discharge. A pregnancy test is cheap and simple to do to check if you are pregnant. If you are not and have been trying to conceive for "years", i believe it's time you and your husband go see a fertility specialist to find out what's wrong.
