Can an enlarged prostate happen in kids/young adults? if so what causes it?

Infection?: Enlargement of the prostate is usually thought of with bph, in older men, but can be seen (usually temporarily) with infection of inflammation of the prostate, like prostatitis. In the younger male, this is usually related to sexual activity, and should be treated with antibiotics.
