Genes: We are talking dna genes, not designer jeans. Prostate growth seems to be more common in certain families, suggesting a genetic control factor of prostate growth. Studies have not shown specific dietary or other environmental factors conclusively causing prostate enlargement. So as they say, "pick your parents well.".
