Routine screening: Your physician is discreet and honors patient confidentiality. There are certain screening tests that are routine and test for cancer without any big fuss. Mammograms, pap smears, blood tests, physical exams and colonoscopies are routinely done as part of cancer screening and recommended for people in your age range. These should not cause any concern from your parents.
