What is the risks of having a baby when you have prostate cancer?

I assume you: Are male, not female as indicated -- so you won't be actually having the baby, your partner will. There are no added risks due to your prostate cancer. It doesn't affect the sperm needed to fertilize the egg.

Pregnancy&prostateCA: The risk of getting pregnant is the same whether you have prostate cancer or not. There is no contraindication to having children if you have prostate cancer. Cancer cells are not passed to your partner. I usually ask the pt to wait 3 months before trying to get pregnant after radiation.
