A member asked:

What to do if i want to get checked every 6 months/ a year for cancer. how would this be done?

Not practical: Unless known hereditary disease such as BRACA in family with breast cancer or hereditary polyposis with genetic changes, over examination with X rays, or MRI is of little value and may cause problems. Breast exam 2x per year with high family history might help but other exams would be useless and sometimes of no real value on a yearly basis.
