Water in ears: Your ears fell clogged when your nose is congested. If you have allergies, this can be a chronic condition, if you have a cold, it is usually temporary. A saline nasal spray may help a bit, but you may need a steroid nasal spray if the condition is chronic. Also, you may want to get your allergies under control if you nasal allergies. See a board certified allergist for that.
