Topical: A waterslide burn is likely just a superficial maceration to the skin like a strawberry from skinning your knee. I would treat with topical calamine and antibiotic save. Letting the area dry out quicker will allow the formation of a scab which effectively serves as a bandaid. Don't pick it off. If it starts looking infected you may need to see a doc.
