Consult your Dr.: Blood in urine can have many causes. There is a low risk of cancer from kidney or bladder causing blood in urine at your age. Infection probably most common, could be kidney stone, nephritis, interstitial cystitis, or non life threatening anatomic abnormality. Simple urinalysis will rule out infection. Kidney & bladder ultrasound useful in absecnce of uti. There are also benign kidney tumors.
