More info: Increased motor activities in one hand could be a sign of neurologic problem like seizure or degenerative disease(parkinson) or a behavior(tic) symptom. She must see a pediatrician and possible referral to neurologist, ct or MRI of the brain and electroencephalograph help to distinguish organic vs non organic motor disorder.
