Get a work-up: Your question is too complicated to answer without a diagnostic work-up. Make an appointment with your dentist to have the teeth evaluated and to receive options for treatment.

We can't diagnose...: Nor tell you what treatment is best for you over the internet even if we were able to personally examine you & see x-rays of your teeth. First, there are many factors that go into making those kinds of decisions. Secondly & more importantly, a dentist should go over with his\her patients, all reasonable treatment options along with pros & cons of each one & try to guide them in the right direction.
