Some Tips : It is challenging to lose weight when recovering from bulimia. You do not want to obsess about food. Consider joining and getting a sponsor in oa. Work with a dietician to develop a healthy eating plan. Start exercising regularly. Find a good therapist and learn new ways to cope with anxiety instead of purging. (read: making peace with food) congrats on recovering and let us know how u do.
