Not sure: Weight loss may come by limiting food intake, exercising, taking certain drugs, gastric surgery procedures -- and also temporarily via laxatives or diuretics. None of these are "practicing bulimia, " but they vary in healthfulness and sustainability. Certain medical illnesses can cause rapid weight loss also. It would be helpful to check in with your physician about what's happening with you.
