No unless you : Have poor posture otherwise it may be that you have an underlying spinal condition like scoliosis, kyphosis or even a spondylolisthesis . Sometimes, people tend to be more aware of there posture which may be within normal limits based on medical measures but toward the extreme. You should see a spine specialist to check this out for correct evaluation and recommendation.
