Plan on eating less: Drink water before eating. Eat slowly. Take small portion. Increase fruit and vegetable in the meal. Have pleasant company and conversation. Good luck.

Slow down: First: eat one bite, put the fork down. Count your chews for a minute. Count another minute or two and then take another bite. Second: make proteins the majority of your calories. Cut out sugar. Three don't fill the plate very full.
