Congrats!: The centrum materna formulation looks like a complete prenatal formula but is for residents of south africa. Centrum has a prenatal "specialist" version for us residents. Be sure to eat a varied diet of veggies, fruits, protein, unsaturated fats, drinking lots of water and getting plenty of rest. Find an OB doc to get acquainted with who can asses you through the pregnancy and help with delivery.
