Weakness: There is a long list of medical problems that can cause this. Low thyroid is one of them & you are already taking levothyroxine. Check TSH regularly. Beside that you need a thorough medical history & physical examination and comprehensive diagnostic tests to come up with some specific diagnosis. Please see your doctor. Thanks.

Problem: Without further history and physical exam, it's not easy to say what your symptoms are all about. More history is needed, so i would refer you to a local doc for that.

Need more info : With that many symptoms a much more detailed history and physical exam and blood work is needed. The list of potential causes is extensive and some are more serious than others. Do not delay further evaluation.
