No: You need to be talking to your ob. Fever a this point in pregnancy can signal serious problems that could lead to premature labor and birth, or an infection in the baby. It is also possible that it is a minor problem, but you can't determine that - you need to see your OB or go to er. Do it before you are in labor with a sick, premature baby.
