Fever: A fever is a symptom of an infection. A fever in pregnancy can be harmful to the fetus. With a temperature of 101.9 you should be seen by your doctor.

No: You need to be talking to your ob. Fever a this point in pregnancy can signal serious problems that could lead to premature labor and birth, or an infection in the baby. It is also possible that it is a minor problem, but you can't determine that - you need to see your OB or go to er. Do it before you are in labor with a sick, premature baby.
