Frequency urination: Frequency can be related to small volumes passed frequently which is generally related to bladder issues like infection or incompetent bladder as well as anxiety large volume with frequency is due to renal or hormonal issues or drinking large amounts of fluid.

Usually frequent: Urination means more frequently than the average of 6-7 times/day, but it's extremely variable, depends upon your fluid intake, and women have smaller bladders than men. Urine infections can also increase frequency. Check w/ your doctor if you're worried.
