My stomach hurts and it feels like something is moving around. i'm not pregnant. it is hard to use the bathroom for a bowel movement but urinating very frequently. the only thing seem to help the pain is cranberry juice?

Stomach pain: May have UTI, or even diverticulitis which is an infection of the out-pouching of the bowel or appendicitis( is the pain all over or right side), . May be ovarian cyst or vaginal/ tube infection, , Would go to ER/doctor ?urgent care today as may be serious.
