Endometriosis?: The cause may be endometriosis. Can cause all those symptoms. Or may be fibroids, or scar tissue or cysts. An evaluation with your fertility specialist would likely be able to provide the correct answers. But likely there is an identifiable cause that may be related to the infertility as well.
