Very likely things: Are fine. Very early in pregnancy, there are not many changes. Please see your doctor and/or find an ob/gyn. Also, take prenatal vitamins. An ultrasound examination can confirm the presence of an embryo in the uterus as well as confirm the expected delivery date.
