Need evaluation: We need to know more about the discomfort you're having but it sounds like if it's that bad you need an evaluation now. Gallbladder is one possibility but usually that pain is in your right upper quadrant under the ribs. The location you have could suggest the lungs, the heart, and even the esophagus. As you describe it, it sounds like it needs an evaluation now see your doctor.

A lot of things: There are multiple possible causes of chest pain in a young female smoker. Heart problems, blood clots, reflux are just a few. I recommend you see your doctor.
