Get it checked out: You should get this checked out right away. These could be early signs of a stroke. An er physician can examine him and do the appropriate tests to be sure. Also, if it is an early stroke, early treatment gives better outcomes.

Go to ER ASAP: I would consider a ct scan of his head. These two symptoms could be a myriad of diseases, but it's important to rule out stroke.
