Possibly serious: The dizziness, lightheadedness and double vision could all be related to elevated blood pressure and/or blood sugar associated with your pregnancy. Please have this checked immediately, since untreated it could lead to a stroke or loss of the fetus. It may be less serious, but based on the question, the first two diagnoses to exclude are toxemia-preeclampsia or gestational diabetes.
